TNC Construction is a New Zealand–owned construction and development company delivering high-quality residential builds, renovations, subdivisions, and multi-unit housing projects across Auckland, Northland, and Waikato.
We are a full-service construction partner, providing everything from feasibility, design coordination, and civil works, through to complete new builds, project management, and handover.

Quotation Process
How It Works
We keep things simple, transparent, and easy to follow:
1. Request a Quote – Reach out via phone, email, or social.
lets do free online estimations, and if we need to do an onsite estimation, well charged a cost of $100-150 depending on location.
2. Site Visit & Assessment - We’ll visit the site or pass it to our Quantity Surveyor if needed.
Where required, we will arrange a site visit to assess the scope of work and identify any specific requirements. For larger or more complex projects, this information may be reviewed by our Quantity Surveyor to ensure accuracy.
3. Receive Your Free Quote - No pressure — just a clear, detailed breakdown of the costs.
You will receive a clear, itemised quote outlining labour, materials, and timelines. There is no obligation and no pressure, just transparent pricing so you can make an informed decision with confidence.
4. Review & Approve - We’ll talk it through, make any changes, and finalise the pricing.
We will walk you through the quote, answer any questions, and make adjustments if needed. Once everything is agreed and approved, we will confirm the final pricing and next steps.
5. Lock It In- Once approved, we’ll schedule the job and get to work.
After approval, your project is scheduled and our team gets to work. We keep communication clear throughout the process and focus on delivering quality results on time.
